Food Vendors:

  • Check in/set up for food vendors will begin at 7:30am on Friday, Oct. 6, 2017, no vendors will be allowed in prior to this time
  • Health Inspectors will be around about 9am for the vendors that require inspection
  • This year any vendors that are required to fill out a Temporary Food Establishment Vendor Application (TFE) will have to complete this form and submit it with your Wendell Harvest Festival application - payments for TFE still go through the Wake County Environmental Services
  • Food Vendors will also be required to submit exact size of trailer/truck or needed space and a picture of electrical plug
  • A detailed menu will also be required, you will not be allowed to sell any items that are not listed on the menu submitted with application
  • Vendor spaces can only be reserved to Food Vendors who pay in Full for space at the time of application
  • Important Notice:  Sodas can not be served by any food vendors.  The sale of sodas are reserved for our local PTA fundraiser booths 
  • $275 registration fee
