Food Vendors:

  • TENTATIVELY ----- Since we have changed the Harvest Festival to a one day event, we are trying to find out specifics with the health inspector on when you will need to set up. I assume it will need to be around 3:30pm on Friday so they can do the inspection before the end of business on Friday.

  • Any vendors that are required to fill out a Temporary Food Establishment Vendor Application (TFE) will have to complete this form and submit it with your Wendell Harvest Festival application - payments for TFE still go through the Wake County Environmental Services

  • Food Vendors will also be required to submit exact size of trailer/truck or needed space and a picture of electrical plug

  • A detailed menu will also be required, you will not be allowed to sell any items that are not listed on the menu submitted with application

  • Vendor spaces can only be reserved to Food Vendors who pay in Full for space at the time of application

  • Important Notice: We are allowing you to sell drinks this year.

  • $250 registration fee
